We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the book The Power of Impact, published by LannooCampus, at UCB on 26 January 2026.
When Anouk van Oordt first met Jean-Christophe Tellier, CEO of UCB, one thing was immediately clear: UCB is a company driven by purpose, humanity and scientific excellence. Yet even with a strong mission, today’s world challenges every organisation to stay coherent and connected.
Over the past years, UCB has navigated profound shifts. Scientific breakthroughs, new ways of working and evolving stakeholders’ expectations have transformed the rhythm of the organisation. At the same time, teams across the company have been rethinking how they collaborate, how decisions are made and how their purpose comes to life in daily behaviours and in their spaces .

On the occasion of the launch of The Power of Impact, OOO returns to one of Belgium’s most inspiring mission-driven companies. Anouk will open the evening with an energising keynote around a central question: How to build companies people won’t want to leave?
This will be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by Suyin Aerts, between Jean-Christophe Tellier (CEO of UCB), Estelle Cantillon (Academic Director of Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management) and Anouk van Oordt (CEO of OOO) on the theme: Coherence in times of uncertainty.
The world feels volatile, strategies shift rapidly and people crave clarity. How do leaders create alignment when complexity grows, and how do we co-create a culture that remains human, focused and resilient?
