Book presentation: The Power of Impact
When Anouk van Oordt and Coline Lescot (OOO) (OOO) first met Denis Gorteman (CEO D’Ieteren), he already carried a strong conviction: we needed to break silos, connect teams, and collaborate differently. But between knowing that change is necessary and truly living it, there’s often a long journey.

At the same time, different parts of D’Ieteren’s organisation were moving forward each in their own way: HR was rethinking how we work, our spaces, and our culture.

Marketing was launching a bold rebranding: a new identity, a new logo, and above all, a new ambition:  Moving People Forward.

Gradually, these parallel paths began to converge. What started as a marketing slogan became a cultural compass, a shared belief, a collective drive.

That is how the D’Ieteren House came to life: a space designed to reflect who we’ve become and what we stand for, a company that moves forward together, with meaning, coherence, and impact.

On the occasion of the launch of The Power of Impact, OOO comes back at the D’Ieteren House. Anouk will open the evening with an inspiring keynote, followed by a panel discussion exploring a central question:

How do we co-create a strong, human, and aligned company culture?

We’re honoured to share D’Ieteren’s story of transformation, that of a company that chose to move differently, connecting purpose, people, and impact.
